For your protection, 20/20PI inspectors are fingerprinted and background checked. Our 2020PI inspectors must complete a minimum of 14 hours of continuing education biannually.

20/20PI does not perform repair work, so you can be assured that our services are free of conflict - unlike other companies, we're never trying to sell remodeling, remediation services, or other products. We offer only 3rd party objective testing, assessments, and advice.

20/20PI  offers flexible and immediate scheduling so you can attend your appointment - even 7 days per week! (Never a weekend fee or fuel surcharge.)
